New European Bauhaus Festival: call for ideas

The first edition of the Festival of the New European Bauhaus will take place in Brussels and online from 9 to 12 June. This hybrid event will bring together multiple stakeholders such as organisations, art collectives, institutions, universities, architects, cities, regions, companies, artists, students, scientists, innovators, and everyone else who is interested, with the view to “connect, showcase and celebrate beautiful and sustainable places, projects, and moments”.

This First edition will propose live and digital events, including live performances, exhibitions, participatory activities, and forums to debate and exchange ideas, with the objective to embody the way we live together in a sustainable, inclusive and beautiful way.

To make it an inclusive and participatory event, at the image of the New European Bauhaus  itself, the European Commission opens 4 calls for ideas, projects or events that you would like to organise in this framework, as follow:

• Call “Fair”, to exhibit your projects
• Call “Fest”, to celebrate art & culture
• Call “Side events”, to organise an event in Brussels or anywhere else
• Call “Places”, to host a project, event or activity.

Applications are open until 21^st March, and all OCTs are eligible.
