Created in 1993 at the initiative of the North Province and its municipalities, the Local Youth Integration Mission of the North Province (MLIJPN) is an association under the 1901 law which adheres to the Charter of Local Missions of December 12, 1990.
It integrates its action within the framework of existing regulatory texts on work, vocational training and various employment assistance measures existing in New Caledonia and more particularly in the North Province.
