Overseas Countries
and Territories Association
Created by the Institut français -which coordinates it-, OCTA and the l’Agência de Promoção da Cultura Atlântica (APCA), and co-financed by the European Union, Archipel. eu is a pilot project dedicated to the promotion and support of culture in the Overseas Countries and Territories and the Outermost Regions of the European Union.
Today, Archipel. eu launches its 4th call for proposal: The Cultural Networking and Cooperation Fund, open for applications from 1st March to 1st July 2022. This fund, worth €150,000, will support networking and cooperation projects from public or private structures implemented in the 13 Overseas Countries and Territories and the 9 Outermost Regions of the European Union.
What are the objectives of this call?

Priority will be given to innovative projects focusing on:
All disciplines are eligible: performing arts, music, visual arts, books, audio-visual works, design, fashion, architecture, digital creation, cultural heritage and others.
